Located in the heart of Sandringham, this multi-residential development blends coastal living with contemporary landscape design. Our team created the landscape architecture for Pavilion, Sea & Sky, and Loam House, prioritising green space and community connection.

Working in collaboration with the developers, architects and the entire planning team, the design features extensive indigenous planting, including massed groundcovers and native grasses, to create a resilient, low-maintenance landscape that reflects the local environment of the Bayside Council. Curved bench seating, communal gathering spaces, BBQs, and firepits invite residents outdoors, encouraging a strong sense of place and community.
